Specific Requirements for Crew Applicants:

• Skippers

• • Available April – September with the possibility of continuation
• • Powerboat license – commercially endorsed
• • Jetboat Experience Preferred
• • Thames Local Knowledge Endorsement
• • First Aid
• • VHF License

• Guides

• • No specific experience required, training can be provided
• • Applicants with relevant experience with water safety will be prioritised
• • Confidence speaking to groups of up to 12; delivering a factual but entertaining commentary of London landmarks
• • Knowledge and interest of London (history, cultural and tourism attractions).
• • Speak clear English with excellent interpersonal, social and communication skills.
• • Be available weekends, bank holidays and school holidays; with flexibility towards shift patterns or last minute requests for availability.

• Shore Based

• • Ability to meet & greet passengers & organise large groups safely and efficiently
• • Self motivated and energetic
• • Basic computer literacy preferred
• • Office
• • Clear telephone manner
• • Ability to multitask
• • Excellent customer service skills
• • Computer literate
