IMPORTANT: Please check your booking confirmation to ensure you arrive at the correct pier for your departure, 15 minutes before your trip time. We operate our trips from three different piers in London, please call us if you have any doubt.

Customers should report to the booking kiosk on the pier 15 minutes before their departure time as stated on their booking confirmation.

You will be greeted by our friendly and efficient shore-based staff who will provide you with a life jacket each & a disposable poncho will be given if required.
