Specific Requirements for Crew Applicants:

Skippers

• Available April – September with the possibility of continuation
• Powerboat license – commercially endorsed
• Jetboat Experience Preferred
• Thames Local Knowledge Endorsement
• First Aid
• VHF License

Guides

• No specific experience required, training can be provided
• Applicants with relevant experience with water safety will be prioritised
• Confidence speaking to groups of up to 12; delivering a factual but entertaining commentary of London landmarks
• Knowledge and interest of London (history, cultural and tourism attractions).
• Speak clear English with excellent interpersonal, social and communication skills.
• Be available weekends, bank holidays and school holidays; with flexibility towards shift patterns or last minute requests for availability

Requirements for land-based:

Shore Based Meet and Greet

• Ability to meet & greet passengers & organise large groups safely and efficiently
• Self motivated and energetic
• Basic computer literacy preferred
• Office
• Clear telephone manner
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literate
